Khansaa Ghazi Rasheed has a Doctoral of Philosophy PhD 2010: architecture, Urban Design, Baghdad’s University, assistant professor of Engineering Faculty, Department of Architectural engineering, University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq. Master of Architecture Science 1999: Architectural Engineering, University of Technology, Iraq. Bachelor of Architecture Science 1990: Architectural Engineering, University of Technology, Iraq. Her interested are concept of city, urban history of city architecture, urban design theory, urban design strategies, contemporary urban form, parametric urban design, sustainability, resilience and ecology. I am interested in how to improve urban form and patterns with contemporary urban life through exploring the urban formal strategies that deals with urban morphology, sustainability, resilience and adaptability. Beside that I am specialized in the methodology of generative urban pattern and the transformation of urban form through the contemporary life challenges. My researches are about: THEORIES of CITY HISTORY, AESTHETIC of CONTEMPORARY CITY, URBAN DESIGN STRATEGIES, ECOLOGICAL URBAN DESIGN, CONTEMPORARY URBAN FORM, GLOBAL CITIES Supervision: 3 Dectoral thesis 12 Master thesis
