To establish constructive and effective communication between the department and its graduates in a way that ensures continuous alignment between educational outcomes and labor market requirements, while also enhancing the graduates’ skills by organizing development courses and assisting in their employment.
B- Tasks and Duties:
Preparing a database of graduates to assist companies and institutions searching for engineers in specialized fields to easily reach the graduates.
Introducing graduates to the Graduate Follow-up Unit.
Communicating with graduates and informing them of activities relevant to them through the department’s website and social media platforms.
Designing programs to prepare graduating students for the labor market.
Contributing to the employment of graduates through the annual Job Fair held in April and throughout the year.
Activating social activities such as trips, seminars, competitions, etc., informing graduates, encouraging their participation, enhancing communication between them and the department, and organizing an annual celebration for them.
Preparing surveys to collect feedback from institutions regarding the performance level of the department’s graduates and working on improving graduate performance based on this feedback.
Supervising the unit’s staff, guiding them, following up on their assigned tasks, and developing their work.
