Baghdad, February 27, 2025 – The organizing entities of the specialized training program “Preparing Institutional Performance Evaluation Teams for Senior Leadership in the Public Sector” celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of participants. These graduates represent a distinguished group of academic and professional staff from government institutions, having successfully completed the requirements of the intensive training course.

The program aims to qualify institutional performance evaluation teams based on the latest scientific and administrative standards and methodologies. It enhances their ability to apply modern evaluation tools, including strategic performance analysis, the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in evaluation, and the preparation of assessment reports in accordance with principles of good governance and total quality management. Additionally, the program focused on enabling participants to address challenges related to resistance to change and ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of evaluation processes in the government workplace.

The training program, led by Dr. Aqil Al-Khazali, included three intensive training modules comprising practical sessions and hands-on exercises. At the conclusion of the event, participation and completion certificates were awarded to the trainees.
