1-A. Main Mission:
Documenting official records related to personnel affairs, staff, university decisions, orders, and personal files of university members electronically.

B. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving official documents and records to be electronically archived in accordance with liability records.

  2. Scanning all documents in PDF format.

  3. Creating a separate file for each employee within the archiving program.

  4. Monitoring electronic archiving activities and distributing tasks within the department.

  5. Ensuring the confidentiality of both paper and electronic files.
